I'm not sure you understand how artifacts work. You need to have the artifact equiped for its ability to work. So, let's say, you're using Memory of Jolder. You could then use Knucklehead Radar, and have no sprint cool down. Or you could live on the wildside, and use a Mida, another helmet let's say Mask of The Third Man, and Memory of Jolder. Then you would not have a sprint cool down, blade dance like a boss, ANNNNNNNNNNNND aim down your primary sights and still have your radar. Or, lets get even wilder, you could use that Universal Remote, Mask of the Third Man, and Memory of Ghelon. Then you can have a shotgun primary, for when your boss Blade dance ends and you're right up on someone, ANNNNNNNNNND aim down the sights of your primary with your radar still up.
