Sign here if you didn't cheese omnigul for light.
Just wondering if anyone farmed high light with out using exploits. I'm not hating on those who did. Just curious.
Edit 1: I'm amazed to see all the replies.
Edit 2: It's nice to see that our community isn't as bad as so many believe. I appreciate the honesty of everyone who play this game, whether you used the exploits or grinded out their progress. As long as we all have fun is what counts.

So Light Level boosts to race for Worlds First on WoTM got Omnigul changed in just a week, over GoM God Rolling which has helped steer many of the Pulse Rifle Updates, let exist for almost 2 years? #JusticeForOmnigul

I never felt the need to farm that strike.

Ran the raid at 353 through phase one, ground some heroic strikes and now all my 365 drops are vendor trash. I knew it would happen, but it's always kinda sad to see all that loot that I would have cared so much about only a few light levels ago. That said, still stuck at 369 after two weeks of raiding (completions).

I did strikes while my raid team did omnigal and by the end I was only 2 light levels away, not to mention I actually had fun as opposed to doing the most overplayed year 1 strike over, and over, and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.. you get the idea

I could not. I farmed her for my god grasp and now i resent that strike. I literally speed run it I hate it so much. Mire grinding there no thanks.
