Seriously, I run a 8 sense normally, but yesterday I tried a 3 for a few games and it was horrible. It was like waiting a whole year for my primary to finally get to my targets head. I don't know how the -blam!- you guys do it (especially the people who use 1, like how the -blam!- is that possible), but hats off to you. The amount of patience you guys must have is unreal.
Edit: Lol, this post got a bit more popular than I expected. Working on responding. If any of you guys are like me and like to just listen to music and read comments, I added something for you....
Edit 2: Trending bois. Keep it up people, some very interesting explanations you guys have. Reading through them all.
Edit 3: So I'm seeing a trend here. Almost all of the people who run low sensitivity do so because they need it to maintain accuracy (or they've seen good players that run low sense for sniping/shotgunning), and most of the people who run high sense do so because of their experience in other games, or their reaction time if better catered to moving swiftly. Also noticed that it sounded like a lot of people respond as though they think I main my shotgun....so their response was something along the lines of "lower sense helps with target acquisition for my primary and/or sniper." TBH, that is debatable, a lot of these high sense users are seemingly very good with snipers, and I myself do pretty well with a sniper (proof: http://destinytracker.com/destiny/medals/xbox/Ahryi).
Thanks for all the input guys, very interesting reading through your replies and seeing some people actually act pretty pissed over a simple, innocent question (and a compliment.) In conclusion, just run whatever sensitivity you want, no matter what weapons you use, you'll get used to it eventually, and no one can tell you otherwise.
Another edit: Tried out 7 for a couple of sweat series. I'm pretty sure I found my new sensitivity. Thanks to all who've responded, definitely turned into a interesting thread to read.

2 commentaires3 is bae

3 commentairesModifié par Iron Lion : 8/3/2016 10:36:39 PMI would run max in Halo. But since my brain tumor diagnosis I can only handle 5,at max.
-
I play on 3.
-
I remember using 3 in PS3 and then changing it to 5. When I came back in PS4 I felt that 5 was too low so I changed it to 7. It's really good for me
-
6 commentairesBruh. I run max 10 and it still slow as hell. Where is the 14 or higher option like COD.
-
Iv worked my up to 6 from 3. Gradually re adjusting to the difference, may end up playing on 10 .
-
Modifié par Glow : 8/6/2016 8:56:37 AMI play on 3.
-
3 commentairesI'm a sniper with 85% precision kills and can't play on anything other than 6 or 7
-
I use 3. I tried out a higher sensitivity but it's more reliable on AA and making corrections is rather difficult as you'll be looking the opposite direction of you overshoot a little.
-
3 commentairesSensitivity level used in a game is related to the player reaction speed, which is different from person to person.
-
I am permanently stuck on 5 but, after doing Rumble for the last 2 weeks, I think I need ramp it up to 7. Lots of encounters where I literally did not have the speed to turn fast enough.
-
I play on 3.
-
It's all preference really. I run it at 4. If I go lower it annoys me that it's to slow...if I go higher I overshoot my target and end up missing. Really all preference
-
I usually run it at 4, as a compromise for accuracy against rotation speed; the size of the screen can make a large difference (7 on my smallest TV, 2/3 on my largest).
-
4 commentairesFor people who were or are competitive COD players 10 is really slow
-
It all correlates to brain to muscle memory function a lower setting is relaxed where as a higher setting shows anxiety but greater awareness.
-
Idk I always run high sensitivity but that's because I tend to rush more often than sit back and try to pick people off
-
3 commentairesI run 10 for everything and it's still too slow.
-
I run max sensitivity on FPS since I started on keyboard and mouse on PC. Even on max, the speed at which you can aim or look is slow compared to m+k that it feels sluggish. Of course, when I go back to playing CoD after playing Destiny or Halo, I end up oversteering as it were, until I get the hang of the increased sensitivity.

4 commentairesModifié par Matt Boy52 : 8/2/2016 7:16:34 PMI've ran 1 sensitivity since I started playing, I usually run 1-2 sensitivity on nearly every FPS I play, more comfortable to me. I would like to know how the hell people can play on high sensitivity, I've tried it and I feel like I'm on a mix of crack-cocaine, meth and speed because of how fast I look around. Don't know where I'm going, can't oriente myself, and can't aim for shit. To each their own.
-
I like 3 It's so average it's the default. https://youtu.be/ZTGBgO_pds8
-
I run a 4, anything above that is too much for me.
-
7 commentairesI don't know but I've posted several requests in the feedback to add a additional 10 to the sensitivity to the current 10 for a max of 20 I personally feels the stuff is slow for my reaction time, and adding this I don't think would hurt anyone who doesn't play with high sensitivity. Thanks for your time reading this.
-
I use 1 and it's too fast sometimes lol
-
I play on 2. And one day i was like ima tune down my sensitive kuz it feels fast then i saw it on 2 lol you get used to it.
-
I am used to 10 sensitivity and it works fine for me. Just have to make sure I'm fully awake or I'll not play worth a crap, lol.
