If i MUST get next gen... which 1? Thoughts?
Which one has the greater game variety and whats the difference if any for Destiny game play?

It depends on which platform you have more friends on or more experience in game with. If all is on Xbox then go with that, but because of the exclusives Playstation is better of an option of these don't apply or they apply to Playstation. I myself go on xbox but that is because of friends not because its better.

Just depends on how much re-grinding you want to do. If you go cross platform, you'll be starting off as a full-on kinderguardian, no gear, no friends (most people go XB or PS, but not both), no stats or grimoire, none of your Y1 exotics or legendaries, etc. Good luck finding people who will help you grind VoG or CE for full sets of raid gear. My group struggles to get on to run KF currently as it is, haha. I guess you have about two months to get most everything back. More work than I'd want to do personally. Game Library-wise... just depends on what you like to play.

I have XB1. If I was buying now and had to choose between them, Id go with PS4. For Destiny, the PS4 pvp community is more casual and you'd have more fun there. In terms of other games, well... Uncharted 4 and No Mans Sky beat out anything Xbox can exclusively offer. Although Sea of Theives looks like it's going to be a GotY contender.

I have both. They both have their pros and cons, drawbacks and strengths. Overall though I prefer the PS4, and if I could do it all over again, I would have only bought the PS4.

12 commentairesPs4 totally outshines in terms of games : 1) God of war is coming in 2017 . 2) Uncharted 4 ( Favorite game series ) . I got the ps4 special edition for this game . 3) The last of us 2 will be solely on PlayStation 4) Killzone There are more but I can't think of them . Xbox has really halo, Forza , quantum break. I also have upgraded and as I said ordered the uncharted 4 bundle .

Your on ps, so I'd say stick with it. A couple exclusives in one game shouldn't be a decision maker. Look at the exclusive titles for each, what your friends play on, and what controller you like more.

1 commentaireDude I have both, I've played Xbox since day one, I've never owned a PlayStation until recently but for Destiny and movies, definitely the PS4. Plus they have fantastic exclusives, that's not to say that you wouldn't have a blast on XBone, because you would. I'd say just upgrade to the one in your current consoles tree but you win with either system. The PlayStation exclusives are legit though ... if that helps ...

Wait till next year when Xbox comes out it leaves Sony in the dust. Besides Xbox players are more skilled and psn is full of 12/15 year olds your choice

Your character will transfer over to the next gen of you stay with either Sony or Microsoft, so if you switch to the opposition, would you enjoy the grind all over again or would you prefer to keep you status?

Depends on how much you love the Xbox exclusives. If you don't really care about that definitely get the Playstation 4.

I have both ... Use Xbox 1 more because of friends and everything seems more convenient. A lot of people say ps4 has better graphics, I really don't notice any difference.

Xbox 1 is cheaper. But PS4 has exclusives. And better graphics(both are great) Whichever you have more friends on. And you like more.

I would say pick whichever company you started destiny on, so 360 to one or PS3 to 4, otherwise you are starting completely over.

Ps4 has much better games. The system however is obnoxiously loud. I almost sold mine several times because of this. Xbox is sooooo quiet..
