Hi,
Yep she definitely has. We've been to the house and checked it's all there purchased from Xbox store and downloaded.

Are there more than one accounts on the Xbox she is using? If so, are you absolutely sure the Destiny taken King was purchased and downloaded on her account and not one of the others. She would still be able to play destiny if it was downloaded through a different account but she would not be able to do the refer a friend unless it was through her account.

TTK has to be redeemed under her account. She, as a newbie/referee, can not be license sharing.

Eh? So with the Microsoft family settings the parent account only exists to pay for items on the Xbox and has payment card details associated with it that means the child account will never work? Even if the parent account doesn't play the game(s). This seems to be a flaw and oversight of Bungie in the refer a friend system.

Modifié par catrodsan : 6/29/2016 7:27:55 AMRefer a Friend is meant to push copies of TTK. Which is why the newbie has to have a license under their account. I don't know how xbox's system works and stuff. So I can't personally speak for that. But if does work through license sharing then child accounts are not eligible.

With this new information I've created a separate thread focusing on the issue with parental controls.
