Why are people struggling with Oryx so much?
This raids not hard! 2 hours i spent on oryx last week and i've just spent a hour and half last night (still not done haha). Prior to this update i could speed run the full raid in a hour from lfg. Now we can't even do oryx?!
Also just because I'm a warlock doesn't mean I'm going to take the hit every shade, just nove out the way its not hard!!

Oryx been glitchy lately. Did it a few days ago and our runner slammed 4 times and still no aura. In another incident, he stood on the relic for a good 15 seconds until people on platform died. I noticed when it's oryx challenge, he gets glitchy.

Most of my friends are selfish jerks and never invite me so I struggle to even beat hard mode. Hell I can't even get that oryx fragment

2 commentairesI raid almost exclusively off lfg and at 315 I still don't want to try jumping into hard mode yet I'll keep doing normal till I'm 320 plus and have watched the strats for hard enough times to feel comfortable

Because everyone who didn't raid before bc they were garbage all of a sudden thinks I'm over 320 so now I can do hard mode and still be clueless. Go figure. Learn the -blam!-ing raid and stop wasting people's time you selfish bastard. [spoiler]shakes fist[/spoiler]

Now that its super easy to level your Light up I've been struggling in the raid. I maily ask for 325+ light now only because if someone before the update was lower than 310 I'd assume they would take longer to rank up and probably never done any challenge on Hard. Even with 325 people lie about completing the raid. I had a noob say she's done it before and we were stuck on Totems for 30 mins and 1 hour at Warp. I had to kick them after so many wipes. Also a Titan at 323 light. Never knew when to pop his bubble and he didn't have a ToM. I know its not necessary to have a ToM when the rest of the group does but it be helpful taking down the ogres and keeping them from moving, especially on Oryx challenge. Point is, that [i]I don't know what to ask for in the forums anymore![/i]

2 commentairesMy group stopped inviting players from lfg months ago. The odds of us finding a competent player who likes cooperation is rare. We used to get way too many people who either wouldn't carry out tasks or we swear were playing bad on purpose. How hard is it to call out that you didn't kill a knight, or just tell us you can't run during the sisters and we'll take your spot. Or maybe just stop rushing the Warpriest and getting stomped. We usually just don't raid instead of risking the player roulette of lfg, ever since we got so jaded. It does give us great time to pvp in larger groups.

2 commentairesPeople are struggling on the entire raid. I use lfg almost every week and the last couple weeks of raiding have been the worst I've seen in some time. I chalk it up to 2 things: light level inflation does not give you an accurate idea of a players experience & people had stopped doing the raid religiously every week for several weeks before the level increase and are a little rusty.

2 commentairesThe shade . players equip a sword and guard . Titans could use twilight garrison and dodge b4 the shade slams. I main a titan and usually try not join groups that demand titans . To me the group relies on them too much . Than when the titans die all hell breaks loose and mostly likely its a wipe. Sleeper simulant is underrated for sure in oryx challenge 1 player can 2 shot the ogre let alone finish with snipers that's without weps of light. Every one should just remember we play games for fun right? We escape from our reality here. Its fun changing things up . And its fun to adapt when shit hits the fan . I know it gets boring doing over over again and we just want our loot . Change things up bungie never said there's only 1 strat to finish oryx . It might be the easiest but just ask yourself am i really having fun ? There is so many ways now to reach max level . Have fun guardians .

For my group it's because I'm highest light but I'm the only one who can run so I constantly glitch my weapons in to help them

I had to kill the ogres, we staggered oryx, and no one ran to the blights. I just left since i didn't have a bunch of time to spend trying to help them

•Acolyte Eyes •Runner gets the aura but they remain on the plates •Ship kills them •They don't throw grenades at the ogre to help keep them stun locked •They run looking for ammo when they should be clearing adds •Unable to snipe knight •Some PvP matches have become as slow as a turtle •No plan on how to avoid being 1 shot as soon as you enter the shade •Not enough DPS on ogres •Knights keep eating bombs •
