So what do yall think of the update?
Is it enough to make the majority stop bitching? For a while at least?
Edit: I'm glad the majority is now having proper fun. although i don't care generally because i stopped play a few months ago, but good on you guys.

1 commentaireConsidering if you are a day one player, this "update" will most likely be a disappointment. No matter what the perspective is, die hard fans like me who do not want to be harsh on Bungie will still be a little upset and craving something of real substance. -The "new"strike is just a backwards story mission with Malok "the boss" popping up every now and then. - POE is regurgitated with Taken sprinkled here and there - "new weapons" are just minimal re rolls of what's existed for the last 8 months. - new cosmetic items like ships, shaders and gear are just remodified items with different colors and what not. Nothing is a brand new concept. So there you go. I spent less than 90 minutes playing last night and don't have that much of an urge to go back. I ll still play quite a bit of pvp but will be waiting for like you said an EXPANSION, which THIS IS NOT.

I'm expecting a heroic Poe in a week or two, 42 was very easy. Elder sigil completed after first 3 runs.

The special and machine gun ammo nerf in PvE is literally the dumbest -blam!-ing thing Bungie has done. We've been playing for almost 2 years, and they keep "fixing" shit that isn't broken.

They fixed the texture bug on birth of history. Battle bus complete.

Just got home from work had i dip in crucible and felt like hand cannons been nerfed a bit or maybe i just not on target today hopin i just had a bad run :(

blighted chalice strike is pretty darn fun. new loot system is great - gone up five light levels already. The is kinda worth it now. Also, in yr2, the character development of Eris has been great; she expands so much to the lore.

Nothing will make people stop bitching, even though people consistently play a game they bitch about. I'm pretty happy with the update, got me a shadow price and purifier robes as well as some glowy armour.

The PoE is super easy my friend and I managed to 2 man it at 312/313

Disappointed of POE 42 it's way too easy. And it will be more than very easy when we will be 335. Other than that I can't complain.

Considering updates generally only nerf the odd subclass and gun, I enjoyed it. New stuff to do. Never a bad thing. The new quest and strike are fairly meh, but I enjoyed PoE. Just working towards 320 so I can do challenge mode, hopefully collecting new stuff in the process.

1 commentaireI like the light system where drops are above ur light. But I don't like is a kid who never did the raid can get to 335. So really bad players can get to 335.

1 commentaireMy problem with destiny is how they take away your loot and content then bring it back later as "new" content and loot for you to grind and earn. This new update on the outside seems really cool and fun. And at least something different and fresh and it was free!! But I shouldn't have to re earn my exotics that you made obsolete in year 2. I shouldn't have to re earn my poe exotics that I had from grinding PoE year one by regrinding reskinned PoE year two content. Some things they got right..... Others just leaves the same old bad taste in your mouth and I'm just not going to commit to this game like I once did when there's so many other games out there that don't kick you in the sack after spending hundreds of hours grinding and looting on their product. Division and DS3 will come first and I'll toy around with this inbetween or after I'm content that I beat those.

Infusion system is great. Exotic engram light level drops are great. Special ammo nerf is terrible. Voidwalker and Sunsinger changes are great.

I like it. More customization is always welcome. Haven't set foot in crucible yet but I'm sure is more balanced. I'm going to take my time with leveling up
