I feel like buying Disc is more for having the game forever and you can simply upload it again.
If it's Digital you may loose it forever for whatever happens to your account.
I see it more of security and I like physical copies

1 commentaireI prefer disc just because I can stack the cases and admire my collection. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
-
My friend and I can share our digital games so ya I don't even have to bring it to him I can buy it he can buy it and we both get to play it
-
Disk to resell or return.
-
I have to really mess around with my console now just to get the division disk to work so I'm now going digital
-
1 commentaireIf you get a crappy digital game you're stuck with it. Atleast with the disc copy u can get half your money back in trade.
-
You can't destroy a digital game

1 commentaireModifié par Slims Plate : 3/31/2016 2:53:03 PMDigital, so that when you're in a party chat and someone asks you, "hey man, can you help me on this game real quick?" You can just say yes and jump into it and go back to your game without having to deal with all kinds of discs.. Im not trying to get up and walk across the room every time I want to switch a game

2 commentairesModifié par TreeMan_X : 3/31/2016 6:23:19 AMDigital because game sharing
-
digital 1) game sharing 2)backwards compatible is free (usually you get rid of old games when you get a new system) 3) you get jack shit from trading games in

Modifié par Occhi07 : 3/31/2016 1:52:05 PMOne of the main reasons I went digital is because I never sell my games, and preloading. I love being able to buy a game, have it download, then at midnight I can start playing it, vs having to wait in a long line, then at midnight they'll start selling copies, then I have to drive home, then wait for it to install. I won't be playing until at least 12:45 at that rate.

My PS4 disc drive is possessed so I've gone full digital

Modifié par sparhawk1972 : 3/31/2016 12:21:50 PMPhysical copies value fluctuate with demand where digital prices stay high. I can go to GameStop and buy said game for $30 or $40, where PS store price is still listed at release price. Yes, GameStop will screw you on trade or buy back that's why in the event that I'm selling a particular title I use eBay. I sold Division about a week after purchase on eBay for $55 where GameStop was offering $27 for both trade or cash. The only time I buy digital is when that's the only way it comes or it's a REALLY good deal vs a hard copy purchase. When you buy digital you're stuck with it no matter what...?

1 commentaireWhen you live out in bumble-blam!- nowhere Ontario, digital is way easier since you don't have to drive into the city.

First post that puts disc and not disk Good Job
I prefer disc
-
Digital is less hassle
-
With the exception of halo 5 all my games are on disc. I just prefer having an actual physical copy
-
I like having the disc, but I am only going to buy digital from now on as we have more than one Xbox one in our house so we can all play the same games without having to buy the game twice.
-
I much prefer having the physical copy.

1 commentaireI prefer having a physical copy for a few reasons like, I plan to buy a new hdd as we all know 500 gb goes nowhere and downloading them again is loooooong where as a disc is fairly quick apart from the updates you still have to do. There's more reasons but I think that's a fairly good one.

Modifié par SirBigWater : 3/31/2016 8:01:06 AMI like having a disc, as it is faster to install with the current gen consoles. A physical copy is what I am used to, as it has only been about 3-4 years that I have started to buy digital games. And I like having a physical copy for my ps3/360, as it does not take up any storage space (a problem I have with my ps3 and my 360 at first (I later upgraded to the Slim Xbox in 2012, as I had the older white console, and it only has about 12 GB worth of space), as I have the first model that is only about 75 GB worth of space) I like having digital for the convenience and most of the time it costs less to buy digital, as the playstation has no tax (AAA games are 79.99 for new games now, in Canada, after tax that is about 90 dollars). Sometimes, digital games take up less storage on my ps4, as opposed to physical copies.

Disk so I have hardrive space for dlc's
I know I can pay more for external storage but why bother if I can have the disc
Also for some reason I just like having the cases lined up
-
1 commentaire[X] Disc is better, you can sell it. Owning the disc of a game feels better anyway.
-
5 commentairesCoop and multiplayer games I'll buy digital for now on. Xbox game sharing is a beautiful thing.
