Watching this old Destiny video makes me so sad
Watching what Destiny was supposed to be before Joseph Staten was fired and before they cut all the content and changed the story, makes me so sad. I had fun with what it was, but imagining what it couldve been is so depressing

5 commentairesJust off the top of my head, things in that video that don't exist within the game to date: Saturn as a playable area. The amount of implied diverse customization. My choice of character doesn't actually matter at all outside of class which is just what abilities I want, like every other game ever. The game is not entirely viable solo like suggested as fully leveling and some high end and unique gear is dependent on others. Really wish I'd get that survey email or that it was just something that could be filled out once per user on the app/site.

2 commentairesI see that video and I get excited. Bungie delivered. Period. What's coming next will be even better. Destiny isn't going anywhere, it's staying right here at the top of my playlist, and here at the top of yours as well. You may put it down and play something else for a bit, but you'll be back. The fact that you never truly leave these forums is proof enough. You've invested a ton of yourself into this game, and you're not willing to let that go, which is why many of you are still here ranting and raving.

Thanks for the reminder of the reason I fell in love with Destiny. Then they took all the gear I spent 3800 hours building and turned them into trash. Now I, respectfully, decline any of their future endeavors and look, instead, to another title. I only play as a form of nostalgia and until March 8! I will not be missed, pretty sure of that. But, I will always remember what we had, what it could have been, and what we really ended up with... Fool me once, my bad. Fool me twice, my stupid! Thanks, again, for the 'total recall'...
