Almost 1,000 replies! See what you did Bungie? You finally found a great balance of content in HoW, and then you followed it up by making 3/4 of it irrelevant. You made two sets of raid gear, and two sets of raid weapons, and the only difference is the color of them. What dummy came up with that idea? Give us our old content! Let me wear 320 VoG gear!

It's all going horribly, but somehow I'm carrying these guys: I'm teleported, all go down out side, I run outside so we don't wipe. Revives all around; get back in & kill 2 Oracles. While he's reloading [i]every weapon[/i]. O . o We all run out, Relic holder jumps too far and dies. Everybody scatters. Another dies. 3 are teleported, I'm left to guard the gate. Enemies coming now. I'm nearly swamped so I Super, get some breathing room. They come out. We're all in the middle. Smooth....ish. Revive the two down. Teleportation. No one died. Relief sets in. We got our groove, now just damage Atheon and we got this. Rinse & repeat. Well done by all. Only a sliver of health. *Guardian down* No.... The guy next to me. It's OK, the Relic is fine. We're out. *Guardian down* *Guardian down* Dinklebot's voice is like a doctor telling me I'm doomed.... Self-rez. Oh good! Too close. "Need a cleanse!" "What button is is that?" o . O I tell him. He shoots of the relic's 'super'. He didn't cleanse me. He just went straight out of the gate. Everything's dark. I step out. Now it's all black now. I see nothing but Darkness. I can't tell where I should jump. All I have is instincts now. I'm listening to it all. *Guardian down* *Guardian down* Me - 'Nooo..... Not like this' I hear screaming from others at the Relic holder, "why didn't you keep the shield up!?" "Why did you stop shielding to shoot him?" "You killed us all!" I can hear Atheon, still firing at the last of my the fireteam is joined. I Golden Gun, I hope it makes me see.... No luck. *Guardian down* ....I'm alone. And I can't see. I pinpoint the sound of his gun firing. Bam! (Numbers) O . O I HIT HIM!!! Fire twice more, he dies. What? YES!!!! ATHEON DIES!!! YES!!! I hear "Revive us". " I can't". "Just revive us". " I can't see. I was never cleansed." - Another Guardian "Are you serious???" I'm taking damage now. What? How? It's like I'm being poisoned by Thorn. The Darkness is killing me. And that's when I realized..... That's what I've done to people. That's what they experience when I've killed them with Thorn. .........I'm a horrible person. *Guardian down* [spoiler]Never used Thorn since[/spoiler]

I did it just last week for the no time to explain quest, and loved it. I kind of want to do it on the regular now.... I already do Crota weekly, but that's soloable.
