it's been said before, but once again "DON'T SEND AN INVITE, WITHOUT EXPLAINING"
3 times in a row i got an invite from some random tower person, and 3 times my "what do you need me for" were ignored >.<
If you can't be bothered to explain what activity you need help for, don't be surprised that you're forever ignored.

As someone who experienced this for years in World of Warcraft until they changed the interface...betting most blind invites in the tower are people who messed up trying to inspect you. Why devs put inspect and invite so close together I'll never know

1 commentaireIt only bothers me if the person isn't on my friends list. My principle is if your on my friends list and I'm not really doing anything I'll help with whatever. Usually you can see what they're doing anyway from the join/invite screen. If you're not on my friends list, an explanation is needed up front.

Look at things logically, they either want you to help them with the Nightfall, or story missions. Depending on the day, sometimes they may want a raid party, or a trials fireteam.

I think it's because inspect player and invite player are right next to each other. I should know, I've clicked invite before without intention.

I tend to ignore messages whilst in the tower anyway. Also, if I get more than 1 invite from a person they get blocked - it's just irritating.

As I joined He immediately sets of to the raid with just the two of us. As we land he shoots off the wrong way on his sparrow never to be seen again. I left shaking my head.

I remember accepting a random blank invite from a 5 man fireteam for the hell of it thinking it would be a raid. Next thing I know the fireteam leader puts it on Control.

well lately i seen people learn. i been getting voice mails through the psn which never happened until recently lol . its nice too they are like hey man i need some help but i still dont reply :(

15 commentairesThe other day I was in the tower and had to go run a couple errands. My fireteam was public. When I came back there were two lower light guardians in my fireteam. I was confused because their names were green and they were dancing next to me. I made one of them fireteam leader and messaged them, "let's roll". It was actually fun wrecking on sepiks prime and killing archon priest again. Lol. Sometimes you just have to let it ride.

1 commentairePeople think I'm a huge ass, but I ignore every invite without an explanation and I rarely play with anyone that is not in my clan or friends list. I also delete people from my fl if we haven't played together for over a month.

I can't even go to the reef on weekends anymore without getting a bunch of invites to ToO 'cause of my emblem. Oh if they only knew that I'm an average player with a good team of average players that can work together well, but are average individualy :)

6 commentairesI took my raid emblem off and put jade rabbit emblem back on. Cut random invites down a whole bunch. Most of the invites I've gotten have at least had an abbreviation with them, or just straight out asked for help leveling/strike/raid/etc. If I see low levels out on patrol, and I'm just killing time, I'll shoot them a message asking if they want help with anything. Most don't even respond.
