I just think it would need to be fixed, maybe DOT procs only on a headshot. Otherwise it's just a broken gun in my opinion.

Just to balance PvP? -blam!- that shit, PvP will never be balanced. You're supposed to be an overpowered hero in this game, how are you supposed to balance that?
