Last Word Logic
The Last Word was nerfed quite a while ago. You didn't see one in every single match you ever played in the crucible anymore. But it would still pop up now and again. Still deadly. Not as deadly, but a skilled hand could use it. Like it was MEANT to be. (read the grimoire card on it.) I understand hand cannons recently got a range increase with this update but I mean come on. Maybe leave this one out? TLW is just cheaper than ever now. You guys know it is. That's why it's in such high quantities in the crucible. The chances of getting into a match where there is at LEAST 1 LW is higher than a match with 0.
Don't believe that? Go play 5 matches in different lobbies right now. I can GARUNTEE you TLW will be in the majority. Even if that individual(s) are on your team, that weapons there. Multiplayer shouldn't be like that.
EDIT: I guess this needs clarification (although it shouldn't) but when I say "cheaper than ever" I mean since year 2. Seeing as nearly all weapons of legendary status went moot and exotics all got re-vamped at that point.

2 commentairesthe last word could hit 111 ads head shots at 1 point not at most I think it's 77 when ads(could be wrong on that number bit I no its not that far off) it's far from what it used to be

I almost only use handcannons. I don´t think the last word was buffed in the handcannon buff. It's range is the same and the buff was only to ads accuracy, which really doesn't matter in the last word after the 2.0 meta. It seems that everybody started using the last word after 2.1 because of the buff but for me the weapon is exactly the same. I didn't use it much in the 2.0 version but when i used it i had really good games, including a 36 kills game on thieve's den with it (I'm an average gamer who kills a lot but also dies a lot, 0.8 k/d, top 1% in the world in suicides).

Perfect pair to a sniper, though I find I use hung jury to keep them away for a bit.. I lose and trade mostly, but I love scouts.

I have been killed by more blink shot gunners these last few weeks than anything and more than any meta since day one. Last word is amazing for a skilled hand like it says. Like hip fire head shots as intended. There is still numerous scrubs that can't even beat the chaperone bounty. The only thing they buffed was actually hit registry. So these shots you clearly land actually count instead of rng shooting. I've been tore up by a lot of autos using that gun. Think that is what they were aiming for.

8 commentairesScrub alert. Dude the gun truly used to be OP. The bonus damage was glichily high and proc'd when it wasn't supposed to more than when it was supposed to. The range was truly more than it was meant to have. At the time HC's had damage falloff that was nonexistent much like pulses did until the latest patch. That just isn't the case now. Can I still hit a shot or two with TLW on a guy who isn't in my face? Sure. Will that out damage ANY other primary at that range? Hell no. It's not OP, dude. Get over it. Stay in between sniper and last word range if you can't beT either of those things.

2 commentairesI'm honestly glad it's back. I disliked the pulse rifle meta. Now I'm back to enjoying Hand Cannons and kicking butt. Last Word was my favorite gun in September 2014 and still my favorite gun. Sad that I can't use it and my Bolt Caster at the same time. They are my favorite weapons in this game. Yes the accuracy buff definitely helped it in ADS. It can hit targets consistently now at further ranges, but it's nowhere near OP. Pulse Rifles and scouts still outshot it at long range. Autos don't stand a chance because that's where TLW is strongest.
