Destiny 30FPS = TRASH
Played one game of PvP after a month of just Halo, and I tell you IT SUCKS. 30 FPS looks crazy choppy compared to 60. 60 FPS should be the new standard for gaming. PERIOD

Christ you're sensitive. I just felt my eyes being more strained than usual. By the end of the strike, my eyes were just fine.

When going between 60fps to 30fps, I notice turning is not as smooth of a motion. That's the thing that jumps out at me. A little disorienting at first, but I adjust after a match or 2.

Yea man I feel your pain. Playing alot of the uncharted 4 beta as I've been a big fan of the franchise. Now it being 60fps and getting back to destiny is the worst thing ever.

Haha yea and i love how people at a distance look like they are skipping around because the frame rate is only 60fps for things that are close to you

44 commentairesFirst off, it's not the FPS you're seeing. It's the connections. A p2p game will always look choppy and laggy against a server game. Second, your eyes can only consciously notice 27fps, anything more you can't actually tell the difference.

It's only noticeable going from 60fps to 30 fps. If you're used to the 30 fps it's fine. But going from 60 fps to 30 fps hurts my eyes. I was playing halo for a few hours before my mates asked me to join them in a few sweaty games on destiny. I literally asked them, "Are you guys lagging too?"

2 commentairesSame. I went back to do IB and it was almost unplayable. Not only the "choppiness" but the LAG. 60fps and dedicated servers is how every game should be from here on, its hard to go back from that when Halo does it so well.

I remember saying this years ago to console players who defended their 30 fps. It's funny now that console games have 60 fps that this has come up again. The newer best thing is 120+ fps though, so you're still behind.
