Well it's official, aim assist is real (bullets curve)
People using high aim assist weapons in crucible with claims of elitism shall forever be branded as bot users.
The bullet curving is real and it's about damn time it was brought to light.

Edit: wow, this is actually trending. Let's make one thing clear from here before commenting; I am fully aware of the fact that other fps console shooters have aim assist.
What I'm saying is that this game specifically has WAY too much of aim assist. Top that off with terribly unbalanced PvP in general and boom goes the dynamite

You can complain about aim assist on primaries, but a bungie employee explained it on a planet destiny podcast. Go ahead and think you're clever but aim assist doesn't increase hit box size for snipers

1 commentaireYou might want to account for Midas reticle. When you strafe with mida the reticle moves off target a bit so this is why he might be getting headshots. I really think you should test this further. Get some friends together, and test it out further on a nonmoving target.

If you notice the center upside down 'V' on the midi tool moves off center when you shoot. This is because of the kick of the gun making the view of your sights shift. If you've ever shot a gun with a sight of any kind you would understand this

Too high aim assist + horrible lag + no dedicated servers = worst pvp I ever played. Thats why I never play it except for trials and iron banner for the gear. If those didnt drop cool gear I would literally never play pvp. Bungie should tweak some things.

Cuz this game is designed as teens' esteem booster. Teens usually suck so they need it to feel good. I knew this game was dodgy from way back cuz headshots register even when you feel it clearly was a chest shot.

If you watch it again you realize he is hitting the target because he is dragscoping, not because shots curve, it is true though that the hitbox becomes a tiny bit bigger (not as much as in the video) with high aim assist primaries.
