-
i guess to help other get a win
-
It's fun seeing "coolguy420 has been eliminated from the trials of Osiris!" Makes me feel good >:)
-
Because trials is fun lol
-
To prevent kids like you from getting there hahahahah
-
Three words: TO HAVE FUN
-
2 commentairesI just keep playing for the fun of it! it is the only competitive PvP in Destiny everything else is just casual rubbish.
-
1 commentaireMaybe it is just fun? No no too crazy. No one in the septic forums plays for fun do they...
-
A) run friends who weren't as lucky or couldn't find as good of teams B) easily the best gear grind there is right now for pvp. Purple weapons and armor drop (parts and armor mats) as well as lots of exp and motes for winning C) practice to get better for next time D) because it is easily and far away the most enjoyable aspect of the game
-
It's fun and good practice
-
Haven't gone flawless, but I'd imagine to help their casual friends
-
Trials is fun
-
-
To crush your dreams
JK though
-
It's the most fun way to play pvp. You get way more competitive games.

They don't gain additional loot beyond 9 wins, save for 1 bounty - then it really is ZERO payout in terms of progression. The pvp scum of the community are largely butthurt by the fact that PvE gets better loot (and rightly so - PvE IS the game). Therefore, they take out their childish tantrum in the form of Trials where they can pretend to have an "endgame" and "matter". They cling to insignificant numbers and stats, using whatever random stat they can find in your profile that is less than theirs to "win" an argument. My advice? Pay them no mind and stick to PvE. For the most part, we're a lot more level-headed than the toxic trash you'll come across in Crucible. EDIT: It would appear that people can't accept the truth. Some of you have even proven my point made above using stats as an "argument". You can keep arguing "salt", "entitlement", and the like, but it will only serve to prove me right. The PvP community can't take criticism and Trials this year is far worse than last year. It's a good thing that the next DLC will be discontinuing Trials (introducing Trials was the worst mistake in Destiny BY FAR) since the Lighthouse will be the featured social space for the Vex Raid on Mercury...

BECAUSE IT'S FUN!
-
Just for fun maybe? I love playing trials, personally I keep playing after 9
-
Random loot drops at the end is the only way to get loot because bungie thought it was a good idea to make brother vance a useless preaching monk that only holds bounties just like that berg robot that isnt even human like really??
-
Because trials is fun to play.
-
1 commentaireWhy care? Adept weapons are not even worth going to the Lighthouse for. I'm not that good in PvP myself and yes, it's a struggle to get to the Lighthouse. I'll just finish the bounties and if I'm able to go the the Lighthouse, good. If not, I don't care. Lol
-
trials is just the most fun to play.
-
3 commentairesEasy fix if Bungie actually cared. Add a new tier in ToO for flawless players, and do not allow a character that has gone flawless to re-enter normal ToO. Let them fight amongst themselves after going flawless and keep them from ruining the chances of other teams.
-
Well your chance of rewards increase the more wins you have, so playing on after 9 wins will continue to give you the highest chance of rewards, since the primary source for all rewards is post-match people are perfectly entitled to keep playing.
-
That's basically the gist, Go 9-0 and continue with full card. You get to keep ending people's 8-0 flawless games
-
2 commentairesIt's the best part of PVP. And we like to help even though most people think we're asshooles
