Sooooo, I get it. Primary Weapons shouldn't spawn with Burns because it gives a more variety of weapons for people to use... Okay, cool but what if Bungie could just make these rare ass exotic Crystals that Grant Primaries that dont have Burns, be granted Burns. It still gives players a variety of weapons, sure!! No one will keep using just ONE WEAPON, I mean what If I want my Monte Carlo with a Burn, and someone downs me with Ace of Spades with a Burn, no ones mad, just give your Ace a Burn. This time around, not everyone will be using the same weapon with a Burn, its a huge Variety. Only Legendaries and Exotics can have Burns?
