Remember that weapon Gjallarhorn? You know, the one everyone wanted about a year ago? Well before it became obsolete anyway, it got nerfed. Why did it get nerfed you say? Its because worthless neckbeards virgins that take up 90% of the PVE in this game decided that if you didn't have the best weapon in the game, that you weren't worthy of joining a fireteam. So Bungie nerfed it, in an effort to not separate any particular player from being able to join. This continues to happen and will just ALWAYS happen with other weapons and qualifications. The hard raid has literally only been out for 1 week and every loser on here DEMANDS that you be "310+ light with ToM or you will be kicked" or something to that extent. Now before any of you think I might be some salty casual, I will have you know that I am 312 light with the touch of Malice, but my point is merely that these sweaty nerds are essentially ruining the community aspect of the game. Everyone was a noob at the raid once. New players will learn if they are given a chance and you simply talk them through the mechanics. I'm tired of being in fireteams where 1 or 2 nerds decide to rage quit or go berserk at a guy who is trying to get the hang of it. Listen to me very carefully..........Bungies financial lifeline is not with you try hard losers. It is with the casual players. That is the simple truth. Give them shit, and they will nerf more things and make it more of a simple game, and no one wants that. Loosen your grip when it comes to this game, you pathetic virgins. Or else you'll be feeling like an outsider soon enough courtesy of a lovely Bungie update.

3 commentairesIf the average player was better at the game we wouldn't ask for these things. Having a certain light level and weapons set means you put time in. It's a way of weeding out people who would take a 1 hour raid and extend it to 6. Sorry but I don't wanna play the same battle 100 times because one guy is terrible at the game and those requirements thin the herd.

2 commentairesModifié par WaveMerchant889 : 11/4/2015 6:00:19 PMThe difference now though is that it's not too difficult to get to 310, and the ToM is guaranteed if you have beaten easy mode and have done your homework for the fragments. Gjally was locked behind the most brutal of rngsus's walls. There is no excuse for not having ToM by now if you are trying to join a hard raid
-
4 commentairesGally was amazing for everything in this game, bosses, pvp, raids, burn didn't matter. ToM is good for two fights, that's it. Not even close to the same thing.
-
So true even right after the normal raid came out people wanted you to have ran it 10 times just to join up with them
-
Because pvp players haven't turned some weapons into shit. The majority of these weapon balances is because of those players. No one ever said this in pve " damn this thorn is so overpowered, I just killed that vandal in two shots. I hope they nerf this." Or " I'm tired of shooting all these guys with my felwinters from medium range." What did pve players do? Icebreakers ammo regen is 8 seconds a bullet and gjallarhorn because some people are douches . oh and blk hammer. Was a great boss destroyer and now its a memory. These weapons didn't get nerfed because of crying. It was because they could be used to make the grind alot less.

5 commentairesOkay for all you people who is saying "MUST HAVE ToM"... Here is my opinion I do not have the ToM personally But I have tried I've tried about 25 different teams just for either A. Destiny's servers to stop working or B. People rage quit. Yes it is easy, in fact it probably isn't even a hassle, but for someone who has tried and not succeeded because of people and high light level standards, I haven't got it and these 310+ light level requirement are insane. Also if someone has done the raid cannot have 300+ light level I've only heard of 1 person who has had 296 at the most without doing the raid. This is just my opinion that doesn't mean anything, but I just want to let that out.

Lol someone's not had their nap
-
You sure use "virgins" a lot. Me guessing you haven't seen a tit aside from your mothers. Stay salty virgin neckbeard guy
-
Calls others nerds.... Is ranting on a gaming forum
-
You're a sweaty casual virgin nerd. That's a lot of crying just to say "carry me".
-
You have a point but using the terminology "nerd" classifies you as one also. Using a derogatory term does not speak well of your intellect. The term nerd puts us all down. If I like computers, video games, or the Internet I was called a nerd in the early 90's. This does not apply to your argument. People that require multiple clears and light level of 310 + are merely scared. They don't have the ability to clear for themselves so they set these "guidelines" if you want to play a game with them. They are simply scared little children that don't play well with others. Be better than them, be bolder than them. Do something other than degrade people because they're scared of failing at a video game.

my raid team isnt always on at the same time so we pick from forums twitter and such. we have filled the 6th spot with the same guy two weeks in a row and he still doesnt get it no matter what we do or say. he runs from the aura at oryx all the time and we wonder why. he says oops sorry dont know what im doing after the 10th+ try so we wipe and try again we really want him to beat it but after so many wipes he quits without saying anything so then we pick up one more and bam finished in one run. after this happening twice now im thinking maybe some people just cant raid or will ever understand the mechanics of it.
-
Man you wasted a lot of time to say nothing.
-
Some of these com enters don't need to defend themselves. Topic guy. Right on. You're correct in that these overzealous pricks make the endgame that much more difficult to accomplish.
-
Well this is a different situation. We are over a month in the expansion and there is absolutely no reason that someone doesn't have the ToM. ToM is a guarenteed quest weapon whereas Gjallarhorn was just pure luck.
-
You don't have to be a nerd to be an elitist prick, I don't see the reason to attack that specific community, especially with those insults, anyone can be an a-hole, don't single out a particular community, we're all gamers right??
-
Honestly i never been with anyone like that, or seen any posts like that (not that into forums) and i have made my own raid groups (i have six groups for raids cause i teach/complete the raid w/ people) and such, so just look in the right place, and if people are like that ignore, dont join them, or report them for being unfriendly <3
-
I <3 this.

Since this topic is trending you might want to edit out the accusations. Ninjas like to take these threads down.
-
I 100% agree with your point, but do you have to go out of your way to insult people while you make it? You won't convinve people of your point by calling them names.

I suppose I see this post a an announcement of the possibility of/or an attempt to find others with the same view... so to those saying he should just find his own group... is this not one way to do such?
-
Parts of your message I totally get. But you went about it in such a Way that most people think your a jeb-end now
-
Modifié par Dynos : 11/2/2015 6:11:38 PMI only want people who are 311+ with a 311 sniper for oryx. Why? Because that's what bungie set the minimum requirements at to do the minimum amount of dps to ogres and knights and be successful. But you can find groups that cheese it and in that case you don't have to be 310. To be fair some people just do not understand how the game works If you let those people represent the entire community you are ruining your own experience. Just find your own groups be your own fire team leader. Do the grind to get the right gear. This thread is just a tantrum made of entitlement and instant gratification. Do the work get some luck and get the loot. TLDR. Don't complain about fire teams because you can make your own fire teams with your own requirements.
