Watch the video I presented Bungie. And please make the changes that I pointed out in the video, on your next patch. Which is this coming Tuesday. If you don't, I will keep putting up posts about this topic until something is done. Oh and by the way Bungie, the weapon is actually spelled Susano'O NOT Susanoo.

This video was clearly not well planned, but I guess that's not the big problem here. Susanoo is a great weapon, but it's a fusion rifle. It's not a PvE oriented weapon, as much as I wish it was. We'll ignore that, though, since you won't care. What activity are you really planning on using this in? Strikes? Nightfalls? Raids? I'll tell you right now that fusion rifles will not help you very much in any of these. If you're that worried about the elemental damage of your weapon, then use a subclass that will change the element to what you'll need the most in that mission. As far as the weapon name, it's Susanoo. Doesn't matter where it comes from, or how it was originally spelled, it's in the game as "Susanoo", and no amount of angry posting will change that. If we're gonna get technical with words though, "period of time" could be a million years.

3 commentairesI watched the video, and I have to say, this should be the last of Bungie's priorities at the moment. Stop making such a big deal out of something so small...
-
That was a terrible video. Get to the point faster if you have something to say.

1 commentaireModifié par SteeZ : 10/16/2015 3:17:42 PMBy a period of time they meant until you change subclasses I assume. The weapon probably wasn't supposed to have a solar symbol on it. Wasted all that time listening to your video for something you could have said in a sentence. Also, who the hell cares about the weapon name. The story writers named it what they want, get over it.

1 commentaireWhat a dumb post

7 commentairesDid they get that from naruto lol

2 commentairesI logged into my YouTube just to dislike your video specifically cause you spent time to make a 10 minute video about a small, insignificant bug. Chill out. Elemental types do not affect your damage output. It will obviously get fixed
-
After reading some reply below I have a suggestion. If you empty the mag it should revert, however if you always reload before the last shot it should stay on whatever element you have given it.
-
5 commentairesUse your subclass then it switches.. if you were using it as a voidwalker then switch to sunsinger it will remain a void class untill you use your sunsinger solar damage then it switches over to solar class

2 commentairesWhat were those gloves? They look crazy.
-
5 commentairesThe only thing I have to say is this. Are you really gonna -blam!-ing argue about the spelling of a name most of the troglodytes on Destiny can't even pronounce? The pronunciation is the same however you spell it.

No what sucks is this weapon is only for warlocks. It would make such a perfect replacement for my once loved murmur, but no ........whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy 😢

9 commentairesModifié par RavenousLD3341 : 10/13/2015 3:08:31 PMUntil you die is "a period of time". I don't think there is anything wrong with the weapon. I believe it would be more frustrating for it to constantly change elements.
-
1 commentaireWhy did I have to watch a 10 minute video for that? You couldve just said it in 2 lines.
-
1 commentaireWhy is the god Susano'O relevant regarding the weapons name?
-
To me, this is how the weapon should work. When I read the perk I was dissapointed.....a period of time...huh? Good to see they got the text wrong and it actually works the way I thought it should. So many varied shield types in strikes these days. Awesome weapon
-
3 commentairesI actually hope they don't change it. Some weapon in Destiny are more useful in certain situations than others. I always thought that Susano'O is one such weapon. This weapon would be great for say a nightfall with a specific burn or a strike that you know has shielded enemies the majority of which have a certain elemental type. A weapon that you can adapt to any situation is a weapon I will use heavily. Maybe if Bungie patched the weapon so that you can go into the weapon menu and change the elemental damage to either Arc, Solar, or Void like you could with Murmur would be a proper fix I think. Or even maybe holding down the reload button (square/X) while having the weapon equipped to switch between the elements could also work. I'd prefer that honestly.

I dont understand i like the fact that it stays, its my go to burn weapon. Because i will always have an element fusion matching the burn
-
2 commentairesI was wondering the same thing. "Elemental Transfusion" perk isn't working. I've been using this weapon with my Warlock and I've been wondering when it's suppose to kick in. After a few shots, after I reload, I mean when. And the liquid behind the sights is suppose to clue you in as to what elemental damage it's on and that whether or not it's active. Bungie, I hope your reading this cause this really needs a hotfix.
-
1 commentaireWell that's inconsistent. Text says one thing, but it plays out much differently. Thought Bungie said they were all about consistency? Hopefully they fix this for you. But at least it's updating the gun's ooze and the death animation for the proper element graphics. I guess they cared more about the look rather than the function. Sounds like their motto for building Destiny: Make it look good, without actually being good.

3 commentairesModifié par exodus1916 : 10/12/2015 8:35:04 PMActually, it is Susanoo https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Susanoo-no-Mikoto. Romanized versions are varied (Susano'o being one of many). However, I know what you mean and I know that people will butcher the pronunciation just like they have Gjallarhorn.
-
4 commentairesThey created the weapon as "Susanoo." Just because it's a reference to something else doesn't mean they have to name it that way.
-
1 commentaireDoes the fusion change again when you switch subclass and toss a void grenade for example?
-
When romanizing foreign languages, you only need the ' to signify a break in syllables that is represented in the original language but not the representation. Xi'an vs Xian, In'yoku vs Inyoku. Susanoo is unambiguous, though I would ot spell it that way. Please don't be dumb.
