First of all, what defines a good player? The amount of times they completed a raid? The amount of people they kill in crucible? Their KD? Their Grimoire score?
In my Opinion every player is valuable in their own way, some are obviously skilled in more fields than others but I want to know what makes YOU special? Use this time to show off your bad-assery! What are things you're really good at in Destiny? What are accomplishments you're proud of?
For me I'm a very well rounded player, I run tons of raids, with both new raiders and experienced raiders, I can lead a team through any raid with a co-operative team. I can do ANY position in any raid, sword bearer, relic bearer, left/right/middle confluxe, gaze runner, Ad control, Torn runner. Whatever job you want me to do I'll do it proficiently I have 3 manned hard VOG as a lvl 30, Solo'd hard and normal Crota at lvl 32, and for PvP I'm a great sniper, I'll win 9 out of 10 sniper battles regardless if there are two vs me, go ahead and check out my stats top 1% for trials. I'm not only a sniper, I can run any tactic you want me to run in crucible, I'll play the objective and still go positive. I can play any game mode but trials is my favorite and can even double carry to a flawless victory depending on the map, I can be a support class and have tons of assist to prove it :)
Now it's your turn! :) I showed off in the paragraph above, now tell me what you're proud of, to the trolls and haters I say good day to you sirs this is just a thread to show off and maybe run into some really good players who want to team up so go ahead and leave your GT or PSN User.

1 commentaireA good player is someone who can effectively play a subclass. Knowing the strengths and weaknesses of your subclass can make raids, strikes, and even Crucible easier for the entire team.

Adaptability ( applies to raid roles and as fights go sour) Threat/objective assessment ( what do I kill first? Is it worth reviving him right now? Do I need to get him up anyway so this poison doesn't kill me?) Spatial awareness/ coordination. (Knowing where you need to be and being there without doing constant 360s) Teamwork (quickly identify teams strengths and weaknesses and playing accordingly. (You can play more aggressive when you have a dedicated stealth medic)). Patience. It's one thing to get frustrated at others for messing up, it's another to let that effect your game. People mess up, it happens, they will learn and get better. (This also applies with threat assessment in not rushing to revive or rocket that enemy.) And lastly communication, applies mostly in high stress areas, but being able to remind people when you die and can be revived, when objectives are up, what area needs to be covered because you died. Maybe a stealth captain flanked you? This is all important and makes everything go much smoother. (Having 1/3 of your team micless is fine as long as they can listen, but 6 ppl raiding with no mic doesn't work unless they have all raided like 15 times.) I believe these are all things that make a player good, and I strive to improve in these areas whenever I can.

Modifié par Yamz : 10/11/2015 3:43:46 AMWhat makes me a good player. I don't whine when someone fails and I help new guys out. I offer Help in any situation and ask for nothing in return. Oh and I can run pretty much anything with minimum death. Edit1: I like having fun while doing all this XD forgot that part. Btw anyone down for strike playlist? I just wanna blow shet up XD
