Is three of a coin useless now?
Title says it all
What do you think?
Edit: i think its not completly bs because it still drops sometimes. But its really not that good as it was.
Btw guys if you're struggling with the same drops everytime try using your alts. It seems that you always get copys on the same class. I got invective so many times.

No... they still do what they were supposed to do. They just made it [i]nearly[/i] useless for checkpoint farming... as they should have.

Their usefulness hasn't changed only the way you use them has to discourage using a glitch in the game mechanics.

Used one on draskis. Dropped engram that turned into 310 hawkmoon. I'd say no

No, still good for strikes. Just won't work by killing yourself and fighting the same boss over and over.

Still dropping every 3 or 4 coins. I just run a gatelord boss between crucible games.

For those farming mission bosses, yes.

I got two today. It basically means just use it on the strikes rather than cheese it.

It's useful if you are grinding strikes

They are useless if you try and farm with them like everyone was doing last week. They are very effective if you use them for running strikes or raiding.

No they are now as the developers intended. If you are already running strikes you just pop one at the beginning, kill loads of enemies, and at the end because you participated you could get an exotic at a better drop rate then 1 out of 8.

It just works as intended. Use them for strike playlists not farming.

Nope. Only useless for the quick kill farming.
