Is 295 obtainable without doing the raid?
Im currently 293 and want to get 295 for the raid is this possible?

Absolutely. I was 295 when I started the raid. Just grind strikes or, my personal recommendation, court of Oryx.

I would say about to 297 is obtainable without raid maybe higher

I'd say yes. I've had a few 296-298 drops. Mostly weapons but I assume all things including armor will drop that high. You get a relic for completing some of eris's quest and it's at 300 I believe.

Yes, run that court of oryx, and those vanguard strikes.

It's possible! Grind strikes to get engrams.

3 commentairesAlong with what everyone else said there is also a 300 shotgun you get from a vanguard quest where you have to do 5 vanguard strikes, 5 heroic vanguard strikes, and nightfall

Im 294 before i have even started raid. I got to warpriest with randos last night but only one had a mic so i got really annoyed Anyone out there need a decent raid buddy on ps4 hit me up Doom_D_ksh

People were 297 before the raid dropped, you can do it.

297 light no raid here. Pulled a 300 blue shotgun so with luck you can get higher than 297 light.
