That's impossible since the patch dropped before today. Most likely you just never noticed.

I only got lord of wolves from the patch auto completing the elder cipher and I'm pretty sure I had it at 36 bullets

Thats extended mag... Field scout used to provide extended mag, and more reserve ammo... Now it only provides extra reserve ammo
