Wow. Xur is shitter then normal.
Let's see...
No Land Beyond.
No Exotic Shard.
Heavy Ammo nerfed to 3 instead of 5.
Bad helms not getting a Year 2 version save for one.
Telemetry Options removed.
...
Bungie, this was a golden oppotunity for you. You could have had him sell something good. You could have had him sell a nice Xurprise or something.
Instead evverything is either gone, shit, or nerfed.

Technically, this is because Xur is getting an upgrade. Patch 2.0 likely interfered with Xurs stuff, and they still have a lot of things to change, simplify, and improve in the game. Plus, technically Patch 2.0 isn't done yet. Legendary marks as a simplified currency, playlists and the intelligent RNG still need to be implemented. Therefore, Bungie likely had to do something in the game. Likely messed with Xur. Also, did you just call No land beyond bad?
