At Rank 25 Faction you get a exotic quest.

If you're for example over rank 25 on Dead Orbit, make an alliance with DO and you'll get the exotic quest from it.

Edit: Must have equipped Class item, shader, and emblem for that faction in order to progress through the quest.
Edit 2: For many of you that keep asking, it does [b]NOT[/b] work for vanguard.
Edit 3: For those who are saying to not turn in the bounty, just stop because it doesn't even let you turn it in.
Edit 4: [b]LEGENDARY EMBLEM CODE FOR EVERYONE : 3VFLGCRLX[/b] Redeem it on the bungie.net page where you redeemed past codes. It will be available on the 15th.

2 commentairesMay I ask a question please, I'm lvl 25 Dead Orbit with a shader and an emblem and one piece of armour equipped but I'm not getting any progress % in the quest tracker , do I need to equip the warlock bond and the complete Dead Orbit armour for this to register , I have not preordered or bought any of the TTK dlc so does this effect the progress? Thanks in advance.

Xur sells 5 Heavy synth per Coin. 20 coins will net you 2500 rep (100 synthesis x 25). If you have tons of strange coins, use them to level. Edit: people are saying three synthesis per coin. That's about 33.3 per level (give or take one or two synthesis)...

6 commentairesFor ANY ONE worried about not getting it cause your factions not rank 25, have no fear. I got my DO at rank 19 on my lock... Then traded in all my hadronic after pledging to DO and ranked up one more time (putting me at 20, where I get ship form the pckg) So I am definitely NOT 25 or even 24 or 23. And I got mine.. [spoiler]there's still hope for you, little light [/spoiler]
