It states in the contract that both parties sit down and agree apon a pricing for the DLC's so bungie would have some say in it. Yes activision are greedy corporates who are multi millionaires and non gamers, but you have to give some blame to bungie aswell.

Which contract would this be? The old leaked one from the IW case, which it was confirmed has since been reworked?

Also in the contract is states that if destiny makes x amount of money in year 1 bungie higher ups are due to make a 25 million bonus. Bungie has more of a say in pricing than folks seem to think. And they also have something on the line.
