Iron Man > Master Chief
Reason:
*Jarvis
*Repulser Blasters
*Uni-Beam
*E.M.P
*Hulk Buster
*Faced gods (Master Chief couldn't stop one. Well he managed to stop one, but that was just a piece of the halo ring.)
*Endo-Sym Armor (It's basically the good version of the symbiotic suit, this one makes MC's armor look like a tin can, it can absorb any electricity, and it can shoot more faster, I also forgot to mention that it's a living symbiote armor, you know the one that spider-man has encounter before.)
*He can fly
*Has way more suits
*Can also fight in Space and Underwater
and don't bring out "LOL, Cortana can hack" Cortana can't hack while inside Master Chief, read the books. Now going to Stark Industries is possible. BUT, he still has the Endo-Sym Armor, that thing can counter anything Master Chief Throws, sorry, lucky man or not John is a tin can, and a dead one.
