While they did initially say raid, they also included subject to change in their fine print. They've also said they'll release a raid later just not when. All of this means you don't have a case if you purchased the product with all information provided. Good luck though!

1. That's a leak, not an official press release 2. The fine print says Bungie can change whatever they want in the DLC before they release it 3. Stop whining. We don't even know what the new stuff is going to be like. There's a chance it might be even better than Raids
