SERIOUS POLL: Do you own a Gjallahorn?
Trying to get a legitimate estimate on how rare the gun is. Most say 60%-70% have it. Please answer honestly.
Edit: At about 500 votes total, impressive but not enough to make a decision.

4 commentairesIt might be 60-70% of the players who post on these forums but there are millions who don't post on these forums so a poll here won't reflect the overall numbers. The people that post on the forums are typically the more "hardcore" players that have a very high number of hours played compared to those who don't post here so they're more likely to have it than the "casual" players.

I got my first one from normal death singer, a couple weeks ago. Today I got on and did normal death singer and told my friend that I will get another and sure shit I did.

You will NEVER get a legitimate result from a poll where the participants elect to participate. You are not polling all players. You are polling those who wish to answer. See "self-selection bias" and disregard these results. I said good DAY sir!

There is a bias in this because people with a gjallarhorn feel more inclined to answer, even anonymously, given that the gjallarhorn is a status symbol. The people you get answering this question are also not necessarily representative of the population at large, given that forum users likely put in more hours than non-forum users.
