Arc blade is overpowered in PvP
Rbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrb= 5 kills
wtf Bungie, this is so op. I swear when a blade dancer is in the game, he makes me cry. I can't stand scrubs who use this annoying super. You can't even kill a blade dancer either.

56 RepliesWTF game are you playing. It's the only special that can be jumped. Seriously. Just jump straight in the air ffs. This really bothers me to read because it's absolute crap. You can't jump a Nova Bomb or a Fist of Havoc. Just can't be done. Hunter's don't get grenades (or specials) that continuously linger for 15 seconds getting kills left and right. Hunter's don't get special shields when they melee Hunter's don't get a Recovery or Armor rating that is useful in any way Hunter's don't get Panic buttons. God, the last thing I want to see is complaining about Hunters. We get the shaft so hard it's stupid

I can literally make a 15 min montage video of myself killing blade dancers in arc blade. You can also hear them pop it a mile away so gives u plenty of time to run away

A defender Titan with armor of light can take 3-4 hits from a bladedancer while in their bubble, plenty of time to shotgun that mug to death.

That's all I read there , and you can kill them just not if he rounds the corner on you in a small map which is where blade dancer is built to thrive. If you hear the arc blade activate(very noticeable) just run away if you aren't confident enough to kill him. You don't even have to run that far away.

I kill people while they are blade dancing all the time just hit them with a special a couple times (if they are near you your screwed though)

Edited by Sheriff: 2/11/2015 12:12:06 PMThis is very apparent. You can still kill them on the other hand, if anything, Titan and warlock supercharge is more op. Considering their damage is way higher and an arc blade barely kills a Titan mid super. Jumping helps too.

It clearly isn't pal. All supers are well balanced in my opinion. If anything golden gun > blade dancer.

1 ReplyIf someone is geting five kills with blade dancer they are getting very lucky. I'm a devout blade dancer and on average I only two kills per super. And fairly often I may get none, because sometimes it can be countered, golden gun, void walker, and the Titan slam can all take out a blade dancer. As well as rockets machine guns. And exotics can also take one down. Whereas the Titan and warlock supers are impossible to counter and rarely result in no kills compared to the bald dancer. I whole heartedly disagree with you're op assessment

Yup exactly as I suspected, no hunter just a second warlock.. Scrub. If you had played Bladedancer you would know the super sucks. I would much rather be using golden gun, but the blink and grenade is clutch

The arc blade is easier to avoid than you think. just don't panic and jump way up. ive killed a few in arc blade with this method and a well placed grenade. personally orefer the gunslinger set up for pvp seeing as invisibility isnt great for it and the perks for gunslinger are better suited

It is possible to kill a bladedancer. It's only 50% reduction. Gunslingers super is better than ark blade
