I always has an idea for a cloak that was exotic, it would be a little different it would replace exotic armor but it would have a nice buff. Basically after standing stand and not taking damage for a short time you would become invisible, like the active camo from halo. But if you moved you would no longer be cloaked, good for hiding in crucible or enemies in PvE
