When you can get them get the Obsidian Mind Helmet and the Bad Juju pulse rifle. Use these right and you have nova bomb all the time.

I wasn´t sold at first because, to be honest, Bad Juju is kida bad (pun intended) in terms of effectiveness, damage and range... but once I got the String of Curses perk unlocked, I went to Crota´s End to test it and... wow. Once you fire the first Nova and get some kills, you have Novas ready all the time. Now, during strikes, I sometimes get more kills than the other two guys combined, TIMES TWO.
