I agree completely, it is extremely dissapointing when I tried to drop the swordbearer on hard mode. I dropped atleast 7 clips into his head and almost no health was gone. For a gun that i sought after when hard mode was released, I am better off just using the oversoul edict, word of crota, or one of the other legendary primary weapons. I would recommend a definite increase to the impact. The necrochasm is not exotic weapon worthy yet.
