There should be more purpose for the weapons dealer.. You get most of the best weapons and gear randomly anyways.. You have to wait till lvl 20 to get the faction gear. Even then you need to commit a lot of hours to get the new "commendation coins". I've got no clue why they added that.

Definitely agree. He seems completely pointless, for the most part, now. If he sold the mods he might gain more purpose
