Earth isn't 2015 years old. Earth is actually around 4.6 billion years old. We simply say 2015 because 2015 years ago, humans started recording the years.

If you mean the "umm no" comment, I was talking to you. The reason we say 2015 isn't because humans just decided to start keeping track 2015 years ago. It's because we're in the A.D. (Anno Domini) time period, which means it's been 2015 years since the birth of Jesus. Before that there were millennia upon millennia in the B.C. (before Christ) time period, where the numbering scale gets flipped.

I don't need to google. The year 2015 is A.D., which stands for Anno Domini and references the birth of Jesus. To genuinely claim the earth is 2015 years old is to pretend the millennia that comprised the B.C. time period never existed, and that is refuted both biblically and scientifically. I'm aware that the cool and trendy thing these days is to label Christians as ignorant and intolerant and fire shots at every opportunity (despite the hypocrisy of the intolerance they receive from those labeling them as ignorant and intolerant), but anyone who actually believes the earth is only 2015 years old has issues that run deeper than any religious affiliation. And those who are under the impression that Christianity actually teaches this? i]They[/i] are the ones who need to do their research, before proclaiming the ignorance of others.
