I don't think any exotic chest piece is. At least heart of praxic fire isn't either.

[b]Voidfang Vestments[/b] for the Warlock take on shader colors. There's also the [b]Lucky Raspberry[/b] chest for the Hunter; nothing for the Titan, though.
