Restore licences if that doesn't work go to applications and delete the game data. Don't worry your characters are tied to ur PSN account. Then just re-instal the 2 gigabytes of updates

So I went ahead and restored the licenses. Still happened. Then I deleted the game off and reinstalled it. Same issue. Really having a feeling this is on the Destiny side.

Throw ps4 out window buy a xbox one. That's how people have been fixing connection problems.
