I honestly don't know why people freak out so much over xur, maybe they should make it to where you can only get these exotics with a higher strange coin count like before, wasnt it 23 strange coins before?
I honestly wish you could get one of the inventory guns(ie hawkmoon, midas multitool, etc) for 23 strange coin, or get an exotic weapons engram for like 17 strange coin. then we could still chance getting a ghorn.

My feeling is that people who complain about Xur are just being reactionary because *gasp* they don't have enough coins to buy the thing they're all pissy about Xur selling. If we talk about "earning" gear, Xur by definition is one of only three ways to earn gear (the other two are Vendors and Exo Bounties). You do Heroics to get coins that you then use to buy the gear - it's just like going to work, getting paid and then buying beer/dirty magazines/bacon. Getting any piece of gear as a completion reward for doing content is a gift, not a guarantee.

23 strange coins for a Exotic Primary 17 strange coins for a Secondary or Exotic 13 strange coins for armour 23 motes of light for engram. ****It has been like this from the start.
