Yess i think we got different regions... But i can play the game when he shares it, it's only the DLC that doesn't work. Is it possible to change region? :)

Games are region free. DLC is not. No you cannot change regions

Well my brother got the Guardian Edition which contains Season pass so it should work for me too then

DLC has to match your account's region. If you have two accounts of different regions and one account buys DLC, the other account will NEVER be able to use it. Also you will never be able to buy the DLC on your own account without buying the whole game because you're using his game which is still the wrong region compared to your account. In other words, you're screwed both ways. You'd have to buy the whole game+DLC on your account to access everything
