Take precautionary measures the minute something suspicion starts up (media blackouts, odd-sounding local govt. explanations, hospital admittance rising) 2. Set rendezvous with a solid, dependable grop of no less than 8 people. Choose the safest possible dwelling among your groups' homes (storm reinforced/on stilts etc.) 3. Maintain easy-to-use escape transports. 4. Observe local govt. response to outbreak. If outbreak is centered within one mile, leave in your secure vehicles immediately. 5. Travel to preset "safe zone", eg: a mountain complex, fortified farmland, or former military base. 6. Maintain contact with any official govt. channels you may have access to. 7. HOLD OUT. Do not move or forage until supplies run low or you are rescued.
