now that ive seen this image i can tell you that is the sealed off door to the Templar's well ide remember that idle backdrop anywhere

my question is that the back drop seems to be clipping or your out side if you can can you reply to this comment with a image of the scene around you

Yeah there is clipping that occurs right until you go up to it, here is whats behind me directly, the path continues all the way to a huge drop (not the normal drop) into gorgons lab

Havent done the vault in awhile but this scenery looks new to me. Im confused as of where this is and if this is new info or not. You might be on to something here.

Not the body of water that you see here, thats just a small pool, there is a huge drop before you reach the gorgons

It kind of reminds me of a wrecked version of somewhere else on venus, there are also several 'claw' marks on the ground, as if something was dragged down

No no, that small hole is the gate, I'm standing at the top of the steps there, thats just the view from the bottom (the pool)

sorry man on ps4, but i can walk you through exactly what we did, VoG on Hard, Gorgon spawn, we went to the left chest location, not in the room just outside it and parkoured our way to the entrance cave (its just on the left of the door in a small triangle) As a hunter i had to blade dance my way into it, from there we parkoured all the way back up to templars well (which was a dead end) i then left the game whilst my friends stayed in and rejoined, i was spawned in this place with no revive screen ( which was odd because we shouldn't be able to revive ourselves here.)

so you parkored back up to the original drop off area or were you go down to the special secret templar chest

the special chest area (well just below it) it was a deadend, i then left and rejoined and got spawned here
