SHOULD I GET THE IBANEZ GRX22
I'm concreting buying a Ibanez GRX22 electric guitar for 200$ in black
My budget is 300$cnd
What are your thoughts???

Save up and buy a Fender of Gibson instead.

Don't do it. Save up a bit more and get a Schecter or ESP ltd. Both are good budget guitars. If you get the Ibanez, just make sure you swap out the pickups for EMGs or Duncans (JB). And go without tremolo to save on costs so you can afford better upgrades. In my experience, most guitars under $400 or $500 (US) are basically toys. The Ibanez looks like a starter. If you're upgrading, keep saving.
