I had my ps4 hooked up to my router with a ethernet cable. I kept getting errors and tried all the networking things bungie said to, but nothing worked. So, i switch my ps4 over to my wifi instead of using the ethernet cable and everything has been working fine. You will still need to set a static IP address for your playstation and use that IP to set up DMZ on your wifi router. How to set up DMZ or port triggering depends on the type of router you have, just google it :)
