And I don't get the people who say that they are too different to compare. The only aspect that is different is that you can party up in Destiny. It's one thing! The raid is an outcome of the party aspect so if ME had that it probably would have something similar to raids too. You people adress it as if it's a comparison between a racing game and a MMO.

8 RepliesThis is actually a redundant claim, since bungie (halo...derp?) Is largely experimenting with destiny to see if an FPSMMO is even worth the time, resource and money investment. Destiny was actually slated to be originally created solely by blizzard, and then they turned over the concept to bungie while still backing the idea, hence the partnership (all the while turning out MoP and working on the next expansion to WoW). As an experiment I'd say it was a huge success, and bungie and blizzard would agree with me on this. The next rendition of an FPSMMO will most likely put a freeze on all new versions of FPS games in general while yhe developers rush to catch up to the MMO gaming world. Also played mass effect, it sucked sorry.

2 RepliesIf Bungie had done as they promised, and created a game with "rich, cinematic storytelling" that was on par with Mass Effect, I would have paid a subscription to play. Instead, they gave us a Farmville/Space Invaders hybrid. I actually prepaid the DLC and haven't even touched it, because I have come to hate this game so much. For me, it's the biggest failure in a decade, mainly because it was sold to me on a misleading premise. It has crossed my mind to sell my Xbox One with it included, just to get it out of my house and a few bucks back.
