8 RepliesSince I started using it in crucible, I've been getting a message after every match. I mean, if you can't outgun me, then I'm sorry but blaming the weapon is a cop out. For example. Guy messaged me saying "using vex I pity you" in the next match, I used a blue pulse rifle and still got the better of him and carries my team with it. What's the conclusion? It comes down to skill, more than the weapon. Sure, the weapon contributes a good percentage of your success in a firefight, but people said the same about Pocket Infinity, Suros, Invective and the like. There are ways of dealing with Vex users, I had to work them out because I only just got the Vex last week and I'm not using it to spite people, I'm using it to level it up alongside bounties. Who's with me?

The right balance of power and forgiveness, thorn and hawkmoon are more powerful, but miss a shot and I'll kill you. And missing shots is easy when I'm strafing all over the shop and putting bullets in your face.

I don't use my vex, but if this gets popular I'll start using it so that I can get a bunch of free wins. It's not even hard to outplay. Just git gud and work around it like every other good player.
