So the outage is a fact, also given is the fact that most of us could not play for over a day, and still can't at this time. Most of my play time (and I believe most of yours as well) is aimed at completing bounties, ranking up with the vendors or Erin, and getting xp for weapons and gear. Being unable to play for this long is a serious setback for all players in this situation. So what should bungie do to make up for our lost time?
I don't advocate free stuff, but I don't want to lose the xp I would have won. So I'd suggest one of two things - double xp for a period of time equal to the outage, or double the bounties available for that same time.
What do you guys think? Is this reasonable/doable?
Oh, and xur should of course be in the tower for an extended period. I think that much should be a given.
I was able to get on an hour Christmas Day while my daughter finished off with her mother. Which took a bit then it happened again so I was still lucky to have all the bounties on. But even though its not bungies fault. They could but Xbox is back up so it cuts the ppl offline in half. I know 360 still worked online. At least when I got on, but not sure of ps3. But definitely one was down and ps4. So Microsoft and bungie are basically in the clear. Even though maybe double exp to so good will. But Sony definitely owes its users for not being ready. And they charge y'all now right.
