No matter what you do, you cannot change your gender through any means. You can cut your penis off, grow your hair out, get breast implants, and wear women's clothes, but you still won't be a woman. The Y chromosome is still there. Genetics > Mental thought process.

I have only seen like 2 articles that say it's slightly based on genetics. If it was a neurological disorder, wouldn't that make them mentally retarded? Were you born as a guy or a girl? If you were born a guy, the XYY chromosome would make you even more of a guy.
