I personally think the limit was a good idea.. but only for PVP. When playing PVE it shouldn't matter. If you put in the hard work to earn them (some of them anyway), why can't you use them all? In PVP it would be somewhat unfair, so I understand that. But for PVE, metaphorically it would be comparable to if you had to do a dangerous job, but you were only allowed to wear one piece of your safety gear.
