Just preordered dlc. Nothing at post master. How do I get it?

If you just bought the next DLC you have to wait till the DLC comes out to get it I think. In the last update there is a FAQ link

You need to download the expansion pack.

It should work for just that one DLC. I thought the two came together. If you bought it already, just download it and go to the postmaster
