The thread wouldn't get banned, the users posting photos against the COC would get banned.

It's incredibly unlikely unless the OP was violating the CoC first. If I made a thread about Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and somebody hijacked it with R34 of it or something similar, it's not my fault.
